You will first need the information to identify yourself. The email address and the password chosen here will be used to log later. You will also receive the updates of your bids and your invoices at this email address. ALMOST DONE, COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE<\/h2>\n

To finish the creation of your account, you need to complete your profile. Click on your name in the top right. Click on EDIT then confirm by clicking on the tick. Next, a credit card must be added. As a security measure and in order to avoid fraud, the credit card provided will be debited with 1USD, an amount which will be automatically reimbursed. The refund can take 24h to 48h before appearing in your bank statements. PROBLEMS LOGIN IN?<\/h2>\n

If you are not able to connect, make sure you have already created an account on the site. If so, click on Forgot Password?<\/strong> and enter your email address to receive the instructions (the address must be the same as the one you used to create your account).<\/p>\n

Open the help email and click on the link then choose your new password. PARTICIPATE IN AN AUCTION<\/h2>\n

In order to participate in a sale, you must first register for it. To do this, log in then click on the red REGISTER TO BID button on the home page or on the top of the catalog page of the sale.<\/p>\n

*If you register for the first time, approval may take 1 to 2 business days.*<\/strong><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

PLACE A BID<\/h2>\n

Once you are registered, they are two ways to bid: absentee biding and live bidding.
\nAbsentee bids are placed before the beginning of the live auction. For example, if the sale starts on February 1st at 6 p.m., you can place an absentee bid on any lot until February 1st at around 5.45 p.m.<\/p>\n

Live bidding work on the same principle as auction room bidding. Lots are presented in order, one by one. You can bid directly on the lot that interests you when its turn comes. The lots are sold one by one until the end of the sale.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”top” el_class=”flex-top no-bottom-space”][vc_column width=”1\/5″ el_class=”has-guide-line”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”4\/5″ css=”.vc_custom_1662581949655{margin-top: 40px !important;margin-bottom: 40px !important;}”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\n

ABSENTEE BID<\/h2>\n

In order to place an absentee bid, click on PLACE BID<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”27930″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\n

Select your bid amount from the drop-down menu. A message appears with the details of your bid:<\/p>\n

    You can increase your bid amount at any time before the start of the sale.<\/p>\n

    Please note<\/strong>: a winning bid by absent bid does not mean that you have won the lot. The lot is sold during the live sale and can be won by an other bidder.<\/p>\n

    For a summary of your bids, click on My Bids then Upcoming Bids .You will see the list of the sales where you placed absentee bids.<\/p>\n

    In order to bid during the live auction, make sure you have a valid account, are logged in and are registered for the sale. Please check ahead as once the sale has started, we will be less available to help you.<\/p>\n

    Lots are presented one after the other. When you want to bid on the active lot, the current bid is displayed in the red frame.<\/p>\n

    If your bid is accepted and you are the highest bidder, the grey button to bid disappears and the message YOU ARE WINNING appears under the current bid.<\/p>\n

    After the sale, you can see the results of the bids you placed.     Invoices are sent the day after the sale to the email address listed in your profile. The results of each lot of passed sales are also available. To see them, click on the tab Auctions, Past Auctions.<\/p>\n
