Who are we?<\/h1>\n

It is with pride and pleasure that the team at Lapointe & Champagne announces that we are now working under the banner of Champagne Auctions, and will be presenting a diverse range of collectables to be offered in our public auctions. First, however, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our friend and colleague, Mr. Jean Lapointe, who has been at our side throughout the grand adventure that has been Lapointe & Champagne.<\/p>\n

Two major changes are to be noted; one is our new auction hall, located at 1950 Ste-Catherine E. The second is the greatly expanded range and frequency of our auctions. As well as our regular Canadian and International Fine Art auctions, we will now be presenting major live and internet auctions for coins, stamps, watches, silverware, fne wine and more.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”about-what-we-do”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”27500″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]\n

Extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and warm caring staff and owner. I have had many conversations with the owner, staff and a professional handling their coin auction and was amazed at the time they spent talking to me, it was something rarely experienced; so my questions were welcome and I felt like I was a long term buyer but I was very new. They do their own shipping and I have received my purchases, antiques pictures and silver, in perfect condition and perfect packing.
\n<\/span><\/span>I highly recommend this auction to buy and sell as there is no other Auction in Quebec that provide greater friendly and very warm attention they give people who attend or show interest in their auction.
\n<\/span>The selection of items they have to sell are equally outstanding and the Auctions in the past and future that are from the closed seminary contain many vast and interesting treasure that span thousands of years of decorative antiques and antiquities.
\n<\/span>I have had a really bad week with other auction houses and talking to the people at Champagne Auctions today put faith in me that there are good people that care like the people that own and work in this auction.
\n<\/span>They really made my day bright because they are such warm caring people and I only wish I lived in Montreal to talk in person to them and have a coffee! I will attend a auction in person this year at Champagne Auction!<\/span><\/p>\n
